   Site simply represents a website based on a domain, e.g. pulseweb.app is a website.

2. What is a page?

   A page is a unique URL on your website, e.g. pulseweb.app/pricing is a page.

3. What is an on-demand test?

   On-demand tests are tests that you can run manually to check your website's performance.

4. What is a monitored page?

   Monitored pages are pages that are checked periodically for performance and you and your team are alerted if there is an impact.

5. At what frequency are pages monitored?

   Pages are monitored every day to ensure that your website is always performing at its best.

6. Will I be charged every month/year?

   Yes, you will be charged every month/year based on the plan you choose.

7. Can I cancel my subscription?

   Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will be active till the end of the billing period.

8. Do you offer refunds?

   We do offer refunds but within a period of first 7 days of your plan start.

9. Will we get an invoice?

   Yes, you'll be sent an invoice every time your card is charged. You can also view your invoices by clicking 'Manage Subscription' in your account settings.

10. How many users can I add to my team?

    You can add upto 3 users in the Team plan and unlimited users in the Agency plan.

11. Can I try the app before I buy?

    Yes, you can try the app for free but you won't be able to monitor your website. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime.

12. What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments via PayPal.
